The agency proposes to amend its regulation in two key ways:
- Require establishments with 20 or more employees in certain high-hazard industries to continue to electronically submit Form 300A, the annual summary information once a year to OSHA.
- Require establishments with 100 or more employees in the highest-hazard industries to submit Form 300 Log and Form 301 incident report information once a year to OSHA. These establishments would continue to be required to electronically submit information from their Form 300A annual summary.
You can submit comments electronically by May 31, 2022, to Docket No. OSHA-2021-0006 via the federal rulemaking portal. For more information, please see the Federal Register notice.
