Jeffrey Mook

My name is Jeffrey Mook, and I am the Regional Safety Coordinator for the Western Oregon Region of Boise Cascade. I have worked in the safety field since 2021, following 10 years as an orthopedic cast technician for a local orthopedic office, where I gained a strong foundation in patient care, injury prevention, and problem solving. In my current role, I focus on training and education, delivering programs in CPR, fall protection, confined space, and other essential safety topics to help employees meet compliance standards while building confidence in their daily work. I hold an Associate of Science degree in Occupational Safety and Health from Columbia Southern University and will soon begin my bachelor’s degree to further strengthen my knowledge and skills. I am dedicated to fostering a strong culture of safety by making training meaningful and accessible, with the ultimate goal of ensuring every employee goes home safe at the end of the day.
